All units have a full size washer and dryer and a private back porch. Electric baseboard heat. Rent includes water/sewer, trash pickup, and parking. Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/wifi. These units are pet friendly - each pet has a $30/month pet fee. Limit of two animals and all pets must be approved prior to entering the unit.
