The Forum Apartments are 1 bedroom/1 bathroom apartments located near downtown Boone, less than a mile to Appalachian State University’s campus, and are also near an AppalCART Stop. The units are approximately 299 Square Ft. The rent includes a dumpster on site for trash & basic wifi/cable. Tenants are responsible for electric and water. Parking is included with mostly compact parking spaces and no visitor parking. All units have a stack washer & dryer and mini-split air/heat. All entry doors to the building, hallways, and units are key-coded for secured access. There are also security cameras in the mail room, each hallway, and outside the building. One tenant occupancy only. The 2nd floor (located above the retail floor) has elevator access. 3rd & 4th floors have no elevator access. Per the homeowner’s request, no animals are allowed.
