The Sequoia Cabin is a beautiful 2-level log cabin with wood floors. It has air-conditioning and a full-size washer & dryer. It has back decks on both levels. The yard is surrounded by trees. The cabin is located in a private setting yet located right off a state maintained road. Enjoy sitting at a fire pit or relaxing on the deck. Nice area to get away to but still close to town. Located 5 miles from campus on Howard's Knob. Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/wifi. This house is pet friendly - each pet has a $30/month pet fee. Limit of two animals and all pets must be approved prior to entering the unit.
