Henderson Gap is the collection of several different duplex buildings located in Blowing Rock. They are minutes to downtown Blowing Rock, the Blue Ridge Parkway and approx. 15-20 mins to ASU campus. We have a total of 5 buildings and 12 apartments. They are all 2 bedroom/2 bath units. They are located in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood. The complex borders national forest land. Each unit is heated by a gas fireplace and mini-split heat/air conditioning. Each unit includes a dishwasher and a stack washer & dryer. Top floor units have cathedral ceilings. Water and Sewer is included in the rent. Tenants are responsible for electric, propane, trash and cable/wifi. These units are pet friendly - each pet has a $30/month pet fee. Limit of two animals and all pets must be approved prior to entering the unit.
