They are approximately 1.7 miles to Appalachian State University’s main campus and are a short distance from the hospital/ASU's health science building. This complex offers both 2 bedroom/1.5 bathroom and 1 bedroom units/1 bathroom apartments. Electric forced wall heat in each unit. The rental price includes water/sewer, dumpster on site for trash and parking. Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/wifi. These units are pet friendly - each pet has a $30/month pet fee. Limit of two animals and all pets must be approved prior to entering the unit.
