Park Street Apartments are 2 Bedroom/1 Bathroom units located in downtown Boone and only 0.5 miles from Appalachian State University. There are 10 Townhome style units and 4 single floor apartments at this complex. Three of the single floor units were recently renovated. There are also picnic tables, grills, a fire pit, and greenspace for walking pets. Rent includes water/sewer, dumpster on site for trash and parking for tenants. No visitor parking. All units have a stack washer/dryer and electric baseboard heat. Tenants are responsible for electric and cable/wifi. These units are pet friendly - each pet has a $30/month pet fee. Limit of two animals and all pets must be approved prior to entering the unit.
