Sunset Apartments are located close to Caldwell Community College and only 2.5 miles away from Appalachian State University's campus. They are also located near to an AppalCART stop. This complex has one efficiency unit, three 1 bedroom/1 bathroom units and several 2 bedroom units. Rent includes water/sewer, propane, trash pickup and parking. Most of the 2nd and 3rd floor units have private back porches. These units are pet friendly - each pet has a $30/month pet fee. Limit of two animals and all pets must be approved prior to entering the unit.
